What boards and managers ask us first.
Does this replace our management company?
No. The board links the management company and can end the link. The company decides which of its staff work in the community. You do not have to switch off the system your manager uses for the books.
Who owns our records?
The association. A management company can be linked, changed or removed, and the records, documents and history stay with the community. If a realtor started your community's profile, the association can still claim it. Once the association claims it, realtors cannot.
Do you sell our data?
No. We never sell owners' or residents' personal information. The association's space belongs to the association.
How does Easy-MGT use AI?
AI reads and drafts: it imports contacts and residents from files, answers questions from documents with citations, drafts profiles and fills forms. You review before anything is saved, and AI never decides permissions, records or payments.
We already use other software. Does that matter?
No. Keep it. Easy-MGT works alongside the systems your manager, accountant and board use today, so the association's documents always have a home of their own.
We are a management company. Can we offer this to all our associations?
Yes. Link every community you manage to one company account, organize them by office and choose which staff work in each. Partner pricing is quoted in the demo.
Who sees what?
Each role has its own space. Every document has an audience. Owners see the documents set for owners and anything shared with them directly. Staff see what their access allows. An owner's portal link cannot open the staff side.
How do the board and the manager stay in control?
Each community has one main administrator, called the Master, who holds full access and can hand it on. Other board members and staff get access area by area: billing, documents, vendors, finances and more.
Is our information private and secure?
ID documents are kept in private storage and open only through short-lived links. Shared document links can be turned off at any time. When someone opens a community, the platform checks their role and membership first.
What does it cost the association?
A basic community profile is free. More tools are $29.99 a month, or $329.99 a year. Management company pricing is quoted in the demo.
