No. You pay a $99 monthly membership and a flat fee per closed side: $399 for each of your first 12 sides and $99 for each side after that. No percentage of your commission.
What does the monthly membership include?
Easy-MGT professional technology, Cloud Academy training, broker support and the cloud operating environment. Easy-MGT is bundled inside your membership and is never billed to you a second time.
Are MLS, association and licensing fees included?
No. MLS, Realtor association, NAR and state licensing costs stay separate, paid as you pay them today, unless the brokerage announces that it covers one of them.
Do I need to work from an office?
No. The brokerage is cloud-first: you work wherever your clients are, with your broker and support team reachable online.
Do I have to use your mortgage, title or insurance partners?
No. You and your clients choose freely.
What happens to my listings if I leave?
On request, active listings are released to your new brokerage at no charge, with your seller's agreement. Deals already under contract close with us, and you are paid.
